A little about me...
Hi my name is Alisha West and I live in a small town called Fayette, Alabama. All my life I had two things that were very important to me faith and writing. I knew that one day God would use me in that field but was unsure of how it would come about. It started about four years ago (pardon the video) when I rededicated my life to the Lord and went to a Bible study at Daystar Family Church in Tuscaloosa Alabama. They welcomed me in and I went pretty consistently for about two years when a student pastor named Dalton Ballew gave a sermon one night about service to God and desperation to fill out the calling that He has for you and that night He gave me "Everyone Needs the Sun". The more I listen to His voice the more books I receive through His Holy Spirit. Of the time I am writing this (11/08/2025 and 22 years old) I am currently a Children's Mental Health Technician for North West Alabama Mental Health Center (Specifically called Children's Mental Health Center). This and being on Fayette Church of God's Worship team takes up most of my time other than my job in mental health. When I do have free time I love going on morning walks soaking in the fresh sunshine and spending time with friends and family.

I would like to thank everyone from CYA (now called pursuit ) at Daystar Family Church, My Local church Family at Fayette Church of God, my best friend and family that watched me go at snails pace for the last 2 and a half years to practically light speed in comparison, and my coworkers at NWAMHC. Most importantly I want to thank God for entrusting me with these story's to tell others that show the desires of His heart and for making me a vessel for Him to work with and through.
